Optimizing E-commerce Logistics: masterclass by Igor Kiselev
Join us for the masterclass “Optimizing E-commerce Logistics: From Gig-work Couriers to Professional Transporters” with Igor Kiselev, a recognized expert in supply chain and logistics management, business process optimization, and digital transformation.
Date: March 30, 2026 Time: 17:30 (UTC-5) Location: Online (the access link will be sent to registered participants)
We are pleased to announce a practical masterclass led by Igor Kiselev, a Program Manager at Amazon with nearly two decades of experience in supply chain and logistics operations, analytics, and strategic execution. In this session, Igor will focus on how advanced analytics, structured optimization methodologies, and performance-driven frameworks can transform middle- and last-mile logistics in modern e-commerce systems.
Drawing on real-world implementations within one of the world’s largest e-commerce infrastructures, this masterclass will demonstrate how logistics networks can be systematically optimized to reduce inefficiencies, improve delivery throughput, and enhance both courier and customer experience. The session is designed for professionals seeking to move beyond fragmented operational improvements toward integrated, scalable logistics optimization systems.
