Adoption of the Updated Association Charter
At the same meeting, the Council unanimously approved and adopted the new version (v.5) of the Association Charter.
The updated Charter reflects ECDMA’s three years of operational experience and introduces clearer definitions of membership classifications and candidate selection criteria. To enhance transparency and governance efficiency, the term of service for Council members has been revised from three years to one year. Additional minor administrative adjustments were also introduced.
This amendment ensures that the Council remains dynamic, accountable, and responsive to the needs of the Association’s more than 750 members worldwide.
